We want you to love your Konhill experience! If something isn't quite right, reach out to our team and we’ll help find a fix for you.

Quick Guide to Returns:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for online orders.

  • Make sure your items are brand new—unwashed, unworn, and still in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Just a heads-up: Final-Sale items and free gifts aren't eligible for return. If you bought a bundle, the discounted items are "exchange only."

  • Pro Tip: Only ship to the address our support team provides! Returns sent back to the address on your shipping label can't be processed.

  • If you've sent us the wrong item by mistake, let us know at support@Konhill.com as soon as possible, though we can't promise it can be recovered.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

Once your returned items are received and inspected by our team, we will begin processing your request immediately.

Refunds:
The time it takes for your refund to appear depends on your original payment method:

  • PayPal: 3 business days.

  • Credit Card: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges:
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your replacement order.
