Intellectual Properly Policy
At konhill, we take intellectual property rights seriously and are dedicated to safeguarding the legitimate rights of intellectual property owners. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward counterfeiting and intellectual property infringement, and regularly review product listings across our platform to proactively prevent any potential infringement.
If any listing is identified as violating our policies, we will promptly remove such content from our website. Given the wide range of products, suppliers, and sellers on our platform, we recognize that it may not always be possible to identify infringing items in advance. For this reason, we welcome cooperation from our customers and intellectual property owners to notify us whenever they believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed.
Eligible Complaints
We accept complaints concerning trademark infringement, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and other acts that violate applicable local intellectual property laws.
- Trademark infringement involves the unauthorized use of a trademark that is identical or similar to a registered mark in connection with identical or similar goods.
- Patent infringement refers to the unauthorized use of another party’s registered design patent or utility model patent.
- Copyright infringement includes the unauthorized use of copyrighted content, images, or materials, or the sale of copyrighted works such as publications, CDs, software, and other media without permission.
Complaint Procedure
To file a complaint, you may submit a formal Notice of Infringement to our legal team via email at legal@konhill.com.
Once we receive your notice, we will carry out a prompt internal review. If your complaint is deemed valid, we will take appropriate measures against the allegedly infringing listings.
Actions We May Take
If we confirm that a listing infringes on valid intellectual property rights, we may implement the following measures:
- Remove the infringing products or related pages from our website.
- Notify the relevant seller, supplier, or manufacturer of the complaint and share your information to facilitate resolution between both parties.
- Revoke selling privileges and hold payments from sellers or suppliers found to be infringing.
- Destroy infringing inventory under our control when infringement is clearly established or upheld by a court decision.
At konhill, we are committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of third parties and will continue to take all necessary action against infringing activities. We encourage customers and intellectual property owners to work with us and report any suspected infringement. Through joint efforts, we can maintain a safe, fair, and trustworthy environment for buyers and sellers on our platform.
