This pair of shoes is pretty great! The material is woven, which means it'll adapt a little bit if you have extra wide spots (like a bunion or corns). I'm a 7-7.5, but need a wider toe box to fit in a 7 usually. I got these in a 7.5.The shoes came with 2 sets of insoles. One was just a flat woven insole. The other was a shaped foam insert with some arch support. With only one pair of insoles, the 7.5 was too roomy around my ankles, like I'd be accidentally stepping out of them by the end of the day. But with both sets of insoles in the shoe, they were snug (almost too snug, but the woven fabric will adjust after I wear them a bit).I'm on my feet all day long as a teacher, so I prefer flats to heels and closed shoes vs open toe or mules/clog style. Easier to run after small children. While I have a giant stash of standard, round toe ballet flats, sometimes you just want something a little more fashionable, you know? These have that little extra something, with the pointed toe and asymmetrical detail. As for comfort, trying them on around my house, they seem on par with my Born ballet flats. Or Aerosoles. They also have a lovely extra detail around the inside of the heel, to provide protection against rubbing there (see photo). The sole construction combined with insoles seems much sturdier than cheap flats from 🎯 or 🧱mart. We have 2 feet of snow here, so I can't wear them yet (and since I got them as part of the Vine reviewer program I don't want to wait weeks to leave a review). But I'll update my review if they prove to have serious flaws once I'm able to properly try them out!
