My wife usually wears a size 11W, but that's mainly because 10.5 can be impossible to find. She was really impressed with how well these fit her. Overall, they are comfy, they don't rub, and they aren't tight. She noticed that they don't have the level of arch support she'd like (she has high arches), so she needs to put an insert in there. We'll see if they still fit as well with an insert added. However, if your feet are good with traditional flat shoes, these should work well for you. She was really surprised and liked that she could cram them into a bag, if needed, and switch out of heels into them.

The point seems extra long to me, but I’m not into the super pointy shoes so maybe I’m just not used to it. Overall, I’d say these are nice shoes and I wear them out every so often.
